I finally settled on a bed i think i'd like. it's from It's fairly plain, sure, but put-up-with-able, AND on sale... i nearly bought it last night until i checked out Pottery Barn.

NOTE: i wish i didn't like pottery barn so much, it's really quite embarassing to be so, i don't know, "typical" but what can i do? love the stuff.

anyway, i stumbled onto a Better Bed. something i just really like about this one, and it's on sale too! but dammit, queen-size is only available in disgusting blue antique finish (gimme a break, blue? really?). so i'm disappointed. i sleep on it, then check out the first bed again. it just won't do after seeing the second bed that cannot be mine. but as luck would have it, i found another bed i love! i've loved this bed for a while. i remember it now. but it's not on sale. no, in fact it would be nearly $1,000 with tax and shipping, and special shipping. so, yeah. i really shouldn't spend that kind of money until my credit card is payed off/my savings account is up to $xxxx/I really deserve it. sigh.

THIS is why i still don't have a proper bed after what, nearly 2 years?
